For meditation and mindfulness practitioners: use innerTime as a personal meditation timer. Once the cycle ends, innerTime beeps only once, preserving your focus without the need for deactivation.
Additionally, for longer cycles (5, 10, or more minutes), utilize it as a gentle reminder to bring you back to the present moment and deter distracting thoughts.
For musicians: Challenge yourself with a 20-second click cycle, also known as 3 bpm. Can you maintain the beat?
Adjust the difficulty level effortlessly using the X2 and /2 buttons with a single tap. The multiplier buttons seamlessly allow you to double or halve the click while retaining your internal rhythm.
For instance, begin at 96 bpm and gradually halve the bpm one tap at a time (96, 48, 24, 12, 6, 3) to reach 3 bpm while staying connected to the original beat. Enhance your innerTime skills and eliminate the need for a metronome.
